What do they do? Fitzpatrick are a bespoke signage manufacturer, family owned and run in the event branding and support services industry. Our key activity is the design, manufacture and installation of Golf Event branding, with over 30 years’ experience producing high quality equipment and managing installations all over the world.
Where did they hear about Sagetech Machinery? They found out about the Zapkut machines from Google and decided to get in touch with the Sagetech Machinery team for more information.
Why did they decide to purchase a Vertical Panel Saw? They had previously enquired about the Zapkut machines to see if they could bring their cutting in house and if would be financially beneficial. Their workload had increased and the time was right to invest in an approved used wall saw to allow them to cope with the increased demands.
How did they find the sales and installation process? Great! After an initial enquiry one of the Sagetech Machinery team then contacted Fitzpatricks to discuss their needs to find out what would be the best machine for their requirements. This consultation allowed them to opt for one of the approved used wall saws, the ZM16 which was in stock for immediate delivery.
The delivery and installation process was so easy. The delivery team took only minutes to disembark the machine and move it into the required space, while the engineer appeared the next day to complete installation and training.
How has a Vertical Saw benefitted them and their business? Fitzpatricks have now managed to gain control over their cutting by bringing it in house. As work increases they can keep on top of demand by cutting the sheets they require for the jobs they are working on.
